Ordering Information

Find the item you would like to order at our online store. Click on Add to Cart to order the item. The default quantity is one item but can be changed in your Shopping Cart. When you think you are ready to buy, check the items in your shopping cart. You can change quantities, delete line items or even empty the cart. When you are done shopping, proceed to the Check Out section.

If this is your first time shopping at redboltskate.com, you will be prompted to create a new account with user name, password and billing and shipping addresses. If you’ve shopped at redboltskate.com before, you can quickly process orders by entering your Username and Password. For security purposes, we’ll also ask you to type in your credit card number again.

Shortly after you submit an order, you will receive an approval message via e-mail confirming your order. You can check your order status by clicking the My Account link at the top of the page. If you still have questions, you may email info@redboltskate.com.

Payment Options

We accept PayLah! Visa and Mastercard, at the redboltskate.com store.


PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, PayPal takes the payment from your card or PayPal- balance directly, and your payment details are never shared with the merchants.


Choose bank transfer if you prefer to remit your order amount directly to our bank account. You find our bank details on your order confirmation email. You must provide your name and order number on the transfer form. Please note that all transfer fees your bank might charge are covered by yourself. Your order leaves our warehouse as soon as we receive your payment on our account.



All Orders are typically processed within 3 business days in Singapore. Shipping takes between 2 and 14 days depending on where in the world you are located. We operate Monday – Friday and not on public holidays. A preliminary confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.
